- Roundtrip airport/seaport transfers.
notes: 1. to avail of the free shuttle service from & to the airport/seaport, please advise us guest's arrival & departure details. Guests are asked to refer to hotel's schedule for free shuttle service to the airport/seaport at the reception desk. Request for airport/seaport shuttle service outside of schedule will be subject to availability of hotel vehicle at extra cost.
2. Transfers for a group of more than 25 persons require extra cost depending on the group size.
- Family Plan: two children, 11 years and below sharing room with adults and not requesting extra bed, are free of accommodation charge only. Crib for infant is provided free of charge available on request. Please mention every child and age on reservation.
- We require Agents to make reservations, revisions, postponement, amendments and cancellations in writing duly acknowledged by the Hotel.
- We reserve the right to release finalized bookings that are not guaranteed by deposit and to levy charges on bookings that will be canceled, postponed, revised or amended.
- We require valid Tour or Service Voucher prior to or upon guest's arrival.
- Check - in time is from 2:30 p.m ; we are unable to guarantee ready rooms for early arrivals, however, we accommodate them if the rooms are ready for occupancy even before check - in time.
- Check - out time 12:00 noon; Request for extension of stay shall be subject to space availability on departure day.
